Peter Billingsley’s been knocking around Hollywood since he was barely out of diapers, practically growing up on set. He kicked off his career at three, hawking stuff in those unforgettable ‘70s commercials—seriously, you’d have to be living under a rock not to have seen his face back then. Fast forward a bit, and suddenly he’s Ralphie in “A Christmas Story,” the kid who just wants a Red Ryder BB gun and ends up in one of the most iconic holiday movies ever. People still quote him every December, and let’s be real, that pink bunny suit is seared into everyone’s memory. But Billingsley didn’t just disappear after childhood fame. Nope, he flipped the script and started working behind the camera. He snagged an Emmy nom in 2005 as co-exec producer for “Dinner for Five” with Jon Favreau—yeah, the same Favreau from Marvel and “Chef.” He’s teamed up with Vince Vaughn a bunch too, working as exec producer on “The Break-Up” and co-producing “Made.” Plus, he kept popping up in projects like “Zathura: A Space Adventure” and even helped get “Iron Man” off the ground as a producer. He’s one of the main guys at Wild West Picture Show Productions, Vince Vaughn’s company, and they’ve got a sweet deal with Universal.
