You might remember him as Curt Kuchta, the Transocean drill ship captain in Deepwater Horizon—yeah, the one with Mark Wahlberg, Kurt Russell, and John Malkovich. Not too shabby. He’s also popped up in Free State of Jones with McConaughey, The 5th Wave with Chloe Grace Moretz, Trumbo with Bryan Cranston, and Trespass with Nic Cage and Nicole Kidman. And don’t blink—he’s rolling out soon alongside Chris Pratt in The Tomorrow War. But Dave’s not just a blockbuster guy. He’s shown up in indie flicks that actually get some festival love, like Make it Rain, 27, Hot Air, and he even scored the lead in Jack’s Apocalypse. On TV? The dude’s everywhere.
