Ray Chase
Ray Chase is basically the chameleon of voice actors, popping up just about everywhere in anime, games, and even movies. He’s probably most famous for voicing Noctis in Final Fantasy XV (yeah, that moody prince guy), but honestly, his resume is nuts. He’s been Brother Nier in NieR Replicant, Alphen in Tales of Arise—heroic JRPG leads are kind of his thing. But don’t box him in, because he’s just as good at flipping the script. You’ve heard him as Roy in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, the absolutely unhinged Sukuna in Jujutsu Kaisen, and that corporate shark Rhys Strongfork in Borderlands 3. He even gave the Master of Masters in Kingdom Hearts III that sly, mysterious vibe, and turned up as Bruno Bucciarati in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure and the ridiculous Puri Puri Prisoner in One Punch Man. Guy’s got range for days.
Ray didn’t just wake up famous; he hustled. Started off narrating a boatload of audiobooks and making YouTube stuff before scoring little anime gigs. His big break? Noctis in 2016. Since then, you can’t throw a stone in the anime/game world without hitting something he’s in. He’s even crossing into movies now—like voicing the creepy Gabriel in James Wan’s Malignant. Oh, and he’s all over the convention scene, always cracking jokes with Robbie Daymond and Max Mittelman in their LAVA show. They stream too, just goofing off playing games they’re actually in. Dude’s everywhere.
