Haweni Keskessa isn’t just another name in the credits—she’s a real force in the film and TV game, especially if you’re talking about Georgia’s booming industry. Fifteen years deep in production, she’s rocked projects for Paramount+, Viacom, Universal, and Netflix. Not too shabby. She kicked things off crunching numbers at Tyler Perry Studios (yeah, the big leagues), which honestly makes sense because her love for numbers and knack for budgeting basically supercharged her move into Production Management and then Producing. She’s the one you want steering content from the “hey, I’ve got an idea” stage all the way to the final cut. Developing projects, strategizing, running the whole circus, and making sure the finished product actually lands the way it should—Haweni does all that, and then some. At Capital Arts Entertainment, where she’s holding down a senior exec role, recent projects like Pretty Stoned, Teen Wolf Movie, and Wolf Pack Series (all Paramount productions) have her fingerprints all over them. Before the lights and cameras, she was in classrooms—armed with a Journalism degree and a Master’s in Education—teaching Language Arts to high school and college students for about five years. These days? She’s juggling a wild schedule, being a wife and mom to three awesome kids, and squeezing in time for dancing, international travel, and hanging out with friends whenever the industry chaos lets her breathe.
