Greg Zajac

Greg Zajac grew up in Brampton, Ontario, soaking in that classic suburban Canadian vibe—think hockey rinks and Tim Hortons on every corner. He wasn’t just another face in the crowd, though. In high school, he dove headfirst into drama at Mayfield Secondary School of the Arts, probably memorizing lines when everyone else was just trying to pass math. He bounced around a bit after that—Humber College for photography, then Wilfred Laurier University for business. Didn’t stick around long enough for the business world to get its claws in, though. Greg finally found his groove at the International Academy of Design, acing the digital video editing program and walking out with high honors. But let’s be real, he wasn’t just hitting the books. While most people were binge-watching shows, Greg was out there hustling—writing, directing, and producing his own indie films, usually with whatever spare change he could find. It was all DIY: tiny budgets, big dreams. And somehow, that scrappy approach paid off. His films ended up snagging awards from places as far-flung as the UK and the US—not bad for a guy working with pocket change. Fast forward to now, and Greg’s got a foot in two worlds: he’s acting, sure, but he’s also cooking up new projects with Solis Animation Inc. So, whether he’s behind the camera or in front of it, you can bet he’s all in.
