Wesley James Jack Kimmel was born and raised in LA—yeah, right in the thick of it. Acting’s pretty much in his blood; the guy started working as a toddler. His first gig? “The Baby Bachelor,” that hilarious “Bachelor” parody on Jimmy Kimmel Live back in 2013. Six episodes of ridiculous cuteness, and honestly, he just ran with it. Since then, Wes has been all over the place. He starred in “Your Place or Mine” (that’s the Netflix flick with Reese Witherspoon and Ashton Kutcher, in case you missed it). And he’s not slowing down—he’ll be sharing the screen with Chris Evans and Dwayne Johnson in Amazon’s “Red One,” which, let’s be real, sounds like a wild ride. But wait, there’s more. Wes is also a familiar face in the Star Wars universe. For this Nature’s Choice gig, he actually got an ASL tutor and learned to sign. That random skill ended up being his golden ticket, because when the folks behind The Book of Boba Fett needed a Tusken Kid who could sign and really act through all those crazy costumes, he was their guy. Turns out, being able to communicate with just your hands and body is exactly what they needed for the role. Wild how a dog food commercial can land you in the Star Wars universe, huh?
