Nick Kroll

Nick Kroll’s one of those guys who’s been just about everywhere—comedy clubs, TV, movies, cartoons, you name it. His face might pop into your head as Rodney Ruxin from “The League,” you know, that absolutely chaotic fantasy football crew. Or maybe you’ve heard his voice in “Big Mouth” (yeah, that cringey animated puberty show that somehow nails every awkward moment you’d rather forget). The guy’s got range. “The Oh, Hello Show” is another gem—he and John Mulaney as two geriatric New Yorkers, tossing around absurd hot takes and tuna fish jokes. It’s wild. Kroll doesn’t just stick to TV, though. He’s all over the film scene, sometimes showing up just long enough to steal a scene, like in “I Love You, Man,” “Date Night,” or “Get Him to The Greek.” Then he’ll turn around and take a bigger swing, like in “A Good Old Fashioned Orgy” or “Operation Finale.” And don’t even get me started on his voice work—dude’s a sausage in “Sausage Party,” a crooner in “Sing,” and even Captain Underpants’ nemesis. Somewhere in there he played Nick in “Cavemen,” too. Honestly, if you haven’t caught Kroll in something, you probably just haven’t been paying attention. He writes, produces, acts, does voices—basically, he’s one of those behind-the-scenes powerhouses who’s always cooking up something new. Whether it’s sketch comedy, raunchy animation, or just being the funniest guy in the room, Kroll’s got the comedy world on lock.
