That show’s this gritty, atmospheric sci-fi trip with people living deep underground because the outside world’s basically a death sentence. Jamie slips right into that world, bringing his usual edge to the whole claustrophobic, what-the-heck-is-even-happening vibe. It’s the sort of show that gets under your skin, and his performance? Yeah, it sticks with you. Then there’s Lucky Hank, also from 2023. Totally different beast. This one’s a dramedy set in a dysfunctional college, and Jamie’s got this way of making even the smallest role feel like it’s got layers. The show’s all about weird academics and messy relationships, and every time he pops up, it’s like, “Oh, things just got interesting.” He’s got this ability to make a line land, even if it’s just a throwaway. Can't forget Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency (2016), which is just... bonkers in the best way. If you like your mysteries weird and your characters even weirder, that’s the show for you. Jamie fits right in with that wild, unpredictable energy. Seriously, the guy’s got range. Sci-fi, comedy, drama—he bounces between them like it’s nothing. Not everyone can pull that off.
