Storyline
Hurmevaara, this sleepy little village basically on life support, suddenly gets a cosmic wake-up call—a meteorite crashes right through someone’s car roof in the dead of night. The mayor? He’s practically drooling, thinking this space rock is their golden ticket, the thing that’ll save the whole place from fading into obscurity. Joel, who’s the local priest but also carries some heavy baggage from his days as a peacekeeper, gets stuck babysitting this rock in the weird old museum before it’s shipped off to London for some fancy lab tests. But everyone wants a piece of it—small-time crooks, professionals, you name it. While Joel fends them off, there’s something way messier going on in his own life. His wife just dropped the bomb that she’s pregnant, which should be amazing, except... Joel knows for a fact he can’t have kids after what happened to him in the war. He’s never told her. So now he’s stuck guarding a priceless meteorite and unraveling the mystery that’s about to blow up his marriage.
