Storyline
Late 1300s Gujarat, tension’s sky-high. Hamirji Gohil, just a young dude from Arthila, finds himself in the middle of a storm as Zafar Khan’s Tughlaq Empire steamrolls through the region, bulldozing temples and forcing conversions left and right. Hamirji’s not having it. He tries to rally the local kings, but honestly, nobody’s willing to stick their necks out. So, he heads straight to Somnath Temple during Mahashivratri, hoping the holy vibes might spark some unity. Suddenly, Rasool Khan launches a sneak attack, but Hamirji pulls off a wild win. Zafar Khan flips out and demands every temple—starting with Somnath—be wiped out. Now Hamirji’s staring down a massive army with just 200 soldiers and Vegdabhil at his side. Outnumbered, outgunned, but stubborn as ever, he throws everything he’s got into the fight. In the end, it’s a brutal last stand. Hamirji goes down swinging, but Somnath Temple stands tall, and the spirit of the people refuses to break.
