Nirmal Palazhi
Nirmal Palazhi, man, this guy’s face just pops up everywhere if you’ve watched any Malayalam films in the past few years. He’s one of those actors who never really hogs the spotlight, but you can’t help but notice him. Big Brother (2020) is probably what most people know him from—he’s got this knack for playing that everyday dude, the kind you’d bump into at a tea shop or see hanging out with his buddies in the background, but somehow he makes those little roles stick in your brain.
He’s also in A.R.M (2024), which, let’s be honest, is a bit of a mystery right now—everyone’s buzzing about what kind of role he’ll play, but if you know Nirmal, you know it’s gonna be something that’ll get a few laughs or at least lighten up the mood. The guy just has comic timing that’s almost too good.
And then there’s Angane Njanum Premichu (2018). That one, he basically stole every scene he was in. Not in a “look at me” way, but more like, “hey, I’m just here doing my thing, and yeah, I’m hilarious.” He never feels forced, you know? He’s not trying too hard, which is kind of rare these days.
Honestly, if you’re scrolling through the credits and see his name, you know you’re in for a treat. He’s built this cool reputation for making even the smallest roles memorable. Not a lot of people can pull that off. That’s Nirmal Palazhi for you – under-the-radar, but totally unforgettable once you’ve seen him in action.
