Storyline
It’s basically chaos at Lincoln Airport over one wild, snowed-in night. Flights are delayed, everything’s frozen, and the staff is running around putting out fires left and right. There’s a stowaway old lady sneaking onto planes, a pilot who probably should’ve retired yesterday, and passengers losing their minds. Marriages are falling apart, office drama is everywhere, and somehow, everyone’s expected to keep things running smoothly. Oh, and on top of all that, someone decides to bring a bomb on board. The airport manager’s juggling angry spouses, an understaffed crew, and equipment that seems determined to quit at the worst possible time. People are arguing, romance is brewing in the middle of all the mess, and the weather just keeps getting worse. Basically, it’s like every disaster possible decided to hit at once, all within twelve hours. And through it all, everyone’s just trying to get through the night in one piece. Welcome to “Airport,” 1970 edition—disaster movie mayhem before it was cool.
