Storyline
Bagman is straight-up nightmare fuel—a grim horror flick where a family gets stalked by the stuff of bedtime stories gone wrong. The legend’s been around forever: a hideous creature, the Bagman, snatching kids and dragging them off in his disgusting, rotting sack. Parents used to tell the tale just to keep their kids in line, but for Patrick McKee, it was real. The guy barely made it out alive as a kid, and that run-in left him totally messed up. Fast-forward to adulthood, and just when you think he’s finally left the past behind, guess who’s back? Yep, the Bagman’s returned, and he’s got his sights set on Patrick’s own family now—his wife Karina and their son Jake. The movie’s basically a tense, relentless chase, with the family trapped in a nightmare that just won’t quit. It’s all about trauma, monsters both real and imagined, and trying not to lose your mind when the past comes knocking and wants more than just a bedtime story.
