Storyline
Sam Wilson’s finally rocking the Captain America gig for real after The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and you can tell he’s still adjusting to all the pressure. The new President, Ross—yeah, him—calls Sam to the White House, all “let’s get the Avengers back together.” Seems simple, right? Well, not so much. Out of nowhere, Isaiah Bradley—Sam’s friend, war hero, and all-around legend—goes haywire and tries to take out the president. Or at least, that’s what everyone thinks. Suddenly, Isaiah’s public enemy number one, but Sam’s not buying it. There’s no way Isaiah would snap like that without something shady going on. So Sam and his wingman, Joaquin Torres, dive headfirst into the mess, racing to sniff out who’s really pulling the strings. It’s a scramble against the clock, with President Ross tangled up in the chaos, and a plot way bigger and uglier than anyone guessed. Sam’s got to clear his friend’s name and stop a disaster—no shield’s gonna make this easy.
