Storyline
Margo, this hotshot architect, just wrapped up another killer project—seriously, she’s got a knack for bulldozing the past and cooking up something fresh. Everything’s cruising along until—bam—right before Christmas, she finds out some aunt she’s never heard of left her this massive estate in the English countryside. There’s a catch, obviously: she’s gotta actually go there and stick around for a week before she can decide what to do with the place. So, she hops across the pond, and the second she shows up, it’s all rolling hills, quirky villagers, and, oh, Alfie—the estate manager’s son who’s brewing his own plum cider and apparently has nothing better to do than hang around. Margo’s company back home? They’re drooling over the idea of developing the land. Suddenly, Margo’s stuck playing tug-of-war between her job and this weird sense of belonging she never saw coming.
