Adam Weiss

Adam Weiss hangs his hat in Brooklyn, but honestly, his sound travels way farther than that. This guy’s got a knack for blending ambient, electronic, and classical styles in a way that’s almost annoyingly seamless. He’s scored everything from indie flicks to big-budget ads, video games, and a bunch of stage stuff that’s probably got people in the front row tearing up. His tunes have landed in some pretty wild places—Apple, IBM, Samsung, Macy’s, you name it. Maybe you caught that Mountain Dew Super Bowl ad with Bryan Cranston channeling The Shining (yeah, that was him too). He teamed up with the squad at Found Objects and even got a nod from the Guild of Music Supervisors for Google Pixel’s Night Sight campaign, which had some Queen magic sprinkled in. His arrangement of “Lean On Me” for Budweiser’s Super Bowl spot? Grabbed an Andy and a Bronze Clio, no big deal. Lately, he’s been on a roll—co-scoring The Water Walker with Jay Wadley and Trevor Gureckis (that one hit TIFF and scored an HMMA nom). Plus, he’s dropped music into The Wedding Banquet (with Bowen Yang and Lily Gladstone) and The Friend, starring Naomi Watts and Bill Murray. CBS’s Emmy-nominated Pride campaign, HBO Max’s Skin Can Breathe, This American Life…his resume’s starting to look like a flex. His latest? The feature score for McVeigh, starring Alfie Allen and Ashley Benson, dropped in theaters March 2025. When he’s not composing, he’s running the show as Creative Director at Found Objects Music Productions. Not bad for a Brooklyn kid, right?
