Ahn Seung-kyoon, yeah, the guy who just sort of pops up in shows and you go, “Wait, I know that face!” Born in South Korea back in ‘94, he’s that actor who’s been quietly building up a strong little portfolio while everyone else was too busy obsessing over the main leads. If you binged “All of Us Are Dead” on Netflix—honestly, who didn’t?—you’ll remember him for bringing a rare mix of grit and vulnerability to a zombie apocalypse that already had enough chaos. It’s not easy to stand out when you’re surrounded by blood, guts, and a bunch of panicked teenagers, but he pulled it off. But rewind a bit. Before all the undead drama, he was in “Andante” (2017), which was basically the polar opposite vibe: a high school slice-of-life drama where he got to flex some softer, more grounded acting chops. Not bad for someone who could easily be typecast in the “background friend” role, but somehow manages to pull focus in every scene he’s in.
