Aubrey Reynolds
Aubrey Reynolds? Oh, she’s Texas born and bred—straight outta Dallas, actually. Grew up running around Grapevine, probably hitting up Main Street festivals and dodging the humidity just like everyone else in that part of the world. She went to Colleyville Heritage High, which, if you know the area, is one of those places where football is practically a second religion. Aubrey didn’t go the Friday Night Lights route, though—she had her eyes set on the stage pretty early.
She eventually landed at Brigham Young University, nabbing a BFA in Acting. Not exactly the easy road, but hey, nothing cool ever is. BYU’s drama program is no joke, either. She put in the work, honed her craft, probably spent a lot of nights memorizing lines and guzzling caffeine. You know how it goes.
Her big break? That came with “16 Stones” back in 2014. Not just a walk-on role or a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it cameo—no, she was the lead. Set in a whole other era, so lots of bonnets and possibly some questionable accents were involved (kidding… kind of). But seriously, that role put her on the radar for anyone paying attention.
These days, Aubrey calls Los Angeles home. Makes sense. If you’re chasing that acting dream, you end up in LA sooner or later, right? She’s out there now, hustling like everyone else, maybe stuck in traffic on the 405 or hitting auditions between overpriced lattes. Classic LA story. But hey, she’s already proven she’s got the chops and the grit. Wouldn’t bet against her.
