Ava Kostia’s got her hands in just about everything, honestly. One minute she’s belting it out on stage, next she’s choreographing a sword fight, and then she’s off writing something that’ll probably make you laugh and cry at the same time. She bounces between LA, New York, and Salt Lake City like it’s no big deal—jet lag? Never heard of her. Ava did her acting training over in Scotland, at RCS, which is about as legit as it gets. She’s also spent time sharpening her improv chops with The Groundlings, so you know she’s quick on her feet and probably a riot at parties. Not to mention, she’s officially certified to direct fights and handle intimacy scenes on set, which means she’s all about making performance safe and believable (and, let’s be real, probably has some wild behind-the-scenes stories). If you’re wondering how she keeps it all straight, she’s repped by Talent Management Group and Linda Bearman, so there are people making sure she’s not triple-booked.
