Fredrik Hallgren

Fredrik Hallgren, born smack in the middle of Stockholm in ’73, has had a career that’s a bit all over the place—in a good way. He kicked things off at Calle Flygare Teaterskola in the late ’90s, then sharpened his skills at the Scene Studio just after the turn of the millennium. The guy didn’t just sit around waiting for roles to fall into his lap, either. His first on-screen gig came in 2006: Varannan Vecka, where he played Håkan. Not exactly a household name at that point, but hey, everyone starts somewhere. After that, he started popping up on Swedish TV left and right. You might’ve caught him as Frans Ytterman in 112 Aina, running from 2013 to 2015, or doing a wild assortment of impressions and sketches in Partaj. That show?
