Gattlin Griffith jumped into the acting world when most kids are still learning to ride a bike. Seven years old, already at auditions, tagging along in the family business—his dad's a stuntman, so it’s kind of in the blood. First shot? Some commercial that needed stunt work—didn’t land it, but hey, the casting director noticed something in the kid. Next thing he knows, he’s riding Yamaha motorbikes in a national ad. Movies? Oh, he didn’t mess around. His film debut was across from Angelina Jolie in “Changeling”—yeah, that one. Not exactly a small start. Then it was “Couples Retreat” with Vince Vaughn, “The New Daughter” with Kevin Costner, and even “Green Lantern” with Tim Robbins. The guy’s got serious range. Off set, Gattlin’s not just sitting around playing video games. He’s actually a fourth-generation trick rider—his grandparents are legit rodeo legends, Hall of Famers. He’s been doing equestrian gymnastics since he could probably walk, and his first rodeo exhibition was with his brothers at the Fort Worth Stock Show. Grew up out in Agua Dulce, California—yeah, pretty much in the middle of nowhere, sand and sun for days. The whole Griffith crew: Tad and Wendy running the ship, and then the kids—eldest son (that’s the one we’re talking about), followed by Callder, Garrison, and Arrden. Not exactly your typical Hollywood family, but honestly, that’s half the charm. Small town life, horses everywhere, dirt bikes, backyard chaos—you name it. The Griffiths?
