Harry Assouline

Harry Assouline, born and raised in Paris, now calls New York City home, and honestly, that’s a combo you don’t see every day. He kicked things off at the Georges Méliès School, soaking up everything from animation to special effects, which—let’s be real—just sounds like a creative playground. After his studies, Harry dove right into the deep end, hustling on ads, films, and music videos around Paris, then later took his talents to Florida. The guy’s resume is stacked: Flame Artist gigs for Lipton, Axe, and Orange, Trace Assistant work on Empire of the Wolves, and even some wild special effects on Le Triporteur de Belleville. Oh, and he didn’t stop there—he wrote, directed, and produced TV commercials for Cafpi that actually made it to both TV and movie theaters. Not too shabby. By 2014, Harry had leveled up again, snatching a Screenwriting degree from the New York Film Academy. Moving to NYC just supercharged things. He’s been wearing all the hats—director, writer, editor, DP, VFX wizard—for music videos and a bunch of short films. On top of that, he’s penned original screenplays and cranked out concept art for sci-fi projects, because apparently, sleep is optional for him. One of his big wins? New York 2150, a sci-fi action-comedy TV pilot that he wrote, directed, and produced. The thing’s been killing it at film festivals, snagging awards and some well-deserved buzz. Now, Harry’s on the hunt for collaborators or buyers ready to jump on board and take New York 2150 (and his other projects) to the next level.
