Neha Kaul
Neha Kaul’s been around the block—like, all the blocks. Based in Mumbai, she’s got over twenty years under her belt wrangling production, marketing, and publicity for the big leagues (and raking in the revenue too, obviously). Most recently, she’s been killing it with campaigns for buzzy films like Sabar Bonda (Sundance 2025, no big deal) and Payal Kapadia’s All We Imagine as Light, which picked up the Grand Prix at Cannes 2024. That’s not your average Monday.
She’s the go-to partner for heavyweight filmmakers and artists from South Asia, basically the secret weapon for anyone who wants to get Indian stories and talent out there in the world. Not just for the diaspora, either—she’s all about making Indian narratives hit with everyone, everywhere. She’s got a whole slate of films and series in the pipeline, and trust me, she’s not sticking to just one genre or style.
Her resume? Wild. She spent eight years at The Walt Disney Studios (when it was still UTV Motion Pictures), then moved over to Netflix for six years as one of the key people making decisions. We’re talking 500+ campaigns, with titles like The Elephant Whisperers (hello, Oscar!), Vir Das: For India, Delhi Crime, The White Tiger, Lust Stories, Sacred Games, and Bollywood blockbusters like Dangal and P.K. under her wing. Oh, and her first doc as Executive Producer, Bollywood: The Greatest Love Story Ever Told, got its world premiere at Cannes back in 2011. Basically, if you’re talking Indian cinema on the world stage, Neha’s fingerprints are all over it.
