Nik Goldman

Nik Goldman kicked off his acting journey in Leeds, jumping into the Yorkshire College of Music and Drama when most kids were just figuring out how to tie their shoes. Leeds Grammar School came next, then he bounced over to the University of Salford to chase a BA in TV & Radio Production—with a side of acting, because, why not double up? Pulled off a 2:1 degree, too, which isn’t shabby. But Nik wasn’t remotely close to done. By 2000, he’d landed at The Northern Film School, grabbing an MA in Film Production and specializing in producing. Ambitious, right? He’s hopped around different TV companies, even snagged a gig as assistant to Leslee Udwin, the powerhouse behind ‘East is East.’ Acting? Producing? Nik’s done both, sometimes at the same time, because apparently sleep is for the weak. His career’s got him splitting his life between England and America, which sounds glamorous but probably means he’s gotten very good at sleeping on planes. These days, Nik’s still juggling acting gigs and co-producing films—multi-tasking like a champ. When he’s not on a set or behind a camera, you’ll probably find him tearing up the football pitch, swinging a golf club, or smacking tennis balls. The guy doesn’t really do “downtime”—he just keeps moving.
