Punit Tiwari
Punit Tiwari, a Madhya Pradesh School of Drama grad (yeah, the same place that’s churned out theater talents for years), kicked off his film journey with ‘Panchlait’ back in 2017. That was just the start, though. He’s been popping up everywhere since—sorta like that one actor you suddenly start seeing in every other show and you can’t help but think, “Wait, wasn’t he in that other series too?”
He’s carved a solid path in both indie films and the web-series world. You might’ve caught him in TVF’s ‘Sandeep Bhaiya’—which, by the way, blew up thanks to its relatability and raw emotions. Or maybe you spotted him sharing screentime with Zakir Khan in ‘Chacha Vidhayak Hain Humare’ Season 3, where he held his own with that signature mix of humor and heart. Oh, and if you binged ‘Laakhon Mein Ek’ Season 2, there's a good chance you noticed his knack for playing real, flawed characters. He’s also got credits in ‘Soni’ (that one’s a gem, honestly), ‘Jamun’, ‘200 Halla Ho’, and ‘Trial by Fire’—each project putting him in totally different shoes.
He’s not just a face in the crowd, either. Tiwari’s got this grounded vibe—nothing feels forced or OTT, which is probably why he keeps landing parts where authenticity really matters. Whether it’s drama, comedy, or something in between, he's been picking roles that don't just blend into the background. The guy’s definitely one to watch in the new wave of Indian cinema and streaming.
