Sahil Arora
Sahil Arora’s story is honestly a wild ride. Born in New Delhi on July 26, 1983, the guy basically jumped into the hustle before he could even vote. He started out at just 15, hustling as a sales rep for Hindustan Times, and then sharpened his marketing chops at MS Net Buddies, dealing with Microsoft sales. But, the real itch? Acting. He did his time in theatre, soaking up wisdom from Mr. Vinod Nahardih, grinding away for years in Mumbai, just chasing that dream.
Eventually, his persistence paid off. He landed a role in “Purab Ya Paschim” on DD National around 2005-06. Then came Zee TV’s “Zee Cine Stars Ki Khoj” in 2006-07, where he not only cracked the Top 5 but also snagged the “Most Popular Award.” Life’s weird, though, and after that run, he took a detour—jumped into a gig as cabin crew with Qatar Airways from 2007-2010. Not exactly your standard acting trajectory, but hey, who wants boring?
Come 2010, Sahil flipped the script again, launching his own production house, Pitchcraft Entertainment LLP, and producing “Dil Ashna Hai” for DD National. The next few years? Packed. He acted in the feature film “Beiimaan Love” (2016), scooped up awards for short films like “Good Night Sleep Tight” and “Bhranti” on MX Player, did a flurry of ads, and finally tried his hand at directing with the digital film “Tu Bech Le” in 2022. No signs of slowing down—he’s just chasing every angle the entertainment world’s got.
