He’s the brain behind War, Bang Bang, and the record-breaking Pathaan – yeah, that one with SRK that everyone’s still buzzing about. Started off co-writing stuff like Hum Tum (rom-com vibes!), but then he made a switch – Salaam Namaste, Bachna Ae Haseeno, Ta Ra Rum Pum – all with some of the top stars, each film doing its own thing and not just following the usual Bollywood formulas. Then, outta nowhere, he pivots to high-octane, glossy action. Bang Bang dropped with Hrithik and Katrina, and the stunts? Next level. War was even crazier, with Hrithik and Tiger Shroff trying to outdo each other across snowy wastelands and exotic locations. It took him five years to put War together, and it shows – the action, the chases, the jaw-dropping setpieces, all of it. And then came Pathaan. Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, explosions, twisty spy drama, you name it – and the box office just exploded worldwide. He’s also the only guy who’s managed to launch two massive franchises back-to-back and kept smashing records, pandemic or no pandemic. Now he’s cooking up Fighter with Hrithik and Deepika, which, let’s be real, everyone’s waiting for. The man’s got the Midas touch, no question.
