Tyler kind of stumbled into BondIt Media Capital back in 2018, and now he’s running the show as VP of Finance and Development. He’s not just some number cruncher behind a desk—nah, this guy’s in the thick of it, hammering out deals, doing the whole negotiation tango, and making sure contracts don’t turn into nightmares. The dude’s always juggling stuff like risk analysis, sniffing out new business, and wrangling the day-to-day chaos that comes with the territory. It’s not all about spreadsheets for Tyler, though. He’s got his hands all over the creative side, too. He’s the gatekeeper for the company’s original projects, digging through pitches, whipping ideas into shape, and figuring out which ones have legs. Once a project gets the green light, he’s right there, making sure it gets packaged up and ready to roll. No surprise he’s got the chops for this. Tyler’s background is a weirdly perfect mashup—he’s done his time in film production, but he’s also fluent in finance. He picked up degrees in Radio/Television/Film and Economics at Northwestern, which probably explains why he can talk shop with both the artsy folks and the money guys without breaking a sweat.
