Yolanda Macías? She’s basically the mastermind behind grabbing global content rights for just about every platform you can think of—Amazon, NBC Peacock, Tubi, Pluto, you name it. She’s the go-to for finding killer content for Cinedigm’s digital channels like Dove Channel, Bloody Disgusting, and ConTV, plus she hooks up retail biggies like Walmart with the good stuff. Marketing? Yeah, that’s her world too. She handles everything from rollout strategy to making sure content gets the buzz it deserves, always pushing for more growth and engagement.
Awards? She’s got a trophy shelf that’d make anyone jealous. Top 50 Women in Business from Los Angeles Business Journal, Elite Women in home entertainment for a solid decade, and she’s been called a Digital Driver by Home Media Magazine more times than is probably healthy. And she actually gives back—she’s been on the board at C5LA for years, supporting high-potential students from tough backgrounds to make it to college, and in 2019 they made her their Honoree.
Before all this? She was over at Gaiam Vivendi Entertainment locking down distribution deals for Hallmark Channel and The Jim Henson Company, and she basically launched Vivendi’s digital distribution game.
