Storyline
A couple on the run, hiding out in a cheap motel, just trying to keep a low profile. Then—of course—things get weird. They hear these creepy sounds next door, and suddenly their whole plan to lay low goes out the window. Turns out, they’ve landed smack in the middle of the nightmare that’s been haunting this small town for ages: the legend of the “Pale Face” killer, a bogeyman locals whisper about but nobody wants to meet. Now, instead of worrying about the law, they've got something way scarier chasing them—a killer with a reputation for making people disappear. As paranoia kicks in, it gets hard to tell what’s real and what’s just the motel’s ancient wallpaper messing with their heads. Every shadow outside is a threat, every creak a warning. Escaping the cops was one thing, but escaping a decades-old urban legend? Yeah, good luck with that. By the end, you’re left wondering if the monster is real, or if the fear is enough to destroy them on its own.
