Storyline
Anjana rolls back into her lavish mountain home after years away and, wow, things are not the same. Her dad, Dwarka Nath, has gone full tyrant—he’s got folks getting whipped for messing up, which is just wild. Anyway, Anjana bumps into Jhumroo, this charming local guy, and—shocker—they totally fall for each other. Jhumroo is all excited, takes her to meet his mom Kamla, who’s immediately on board with their romance. But then Dwarka finds out and loses his mind, basically shoving Anjana into an engagement with his uptight manager, Ramesh. Jhumroo’s crushed, tries to talk to Anjana, and she admits she loves him but feels stuck under her father’s thumb. Here’s the twist: Anjana isn’t even Dwarka’s real daughter. She’s Kamla’s kid, snatched away when she was little. So, are Anjana and Jhumroo actually siblings? And who’s the jerk who kidnapped her in the first place?
