Storyline
Zombie outbreak hits the Philippines, and Francis hauls his wife Iris and their two boys—Josh and Lucas—out to his parents’ farmhouse, hoping it's a safe zone. Bad call. Turns out, his dad’s dead by his own hand, and mom’s a zombie, so Francis has to put her down, which honestly is a hell of a welcome home. They hole up, but Iris is not having it. She’s pushing to go north, where there’s supposed to be actual shelters, not just a creepy house with family baggage. Problem is, being back at the old place stirs up Francis’s trauma from his abusive father, and stuff starts to unravel. The more days they’re stuck there, the more Francis loses it, and his grip on reality starts dragging the whole family down. What’s meant to be a refuge turns toxic, and the family bonds start snapping under the pressure. Zombies are bad, but sometimes it’s the living and all their old scars that do the real damage.
