Storyline
Unni and Ramakrishnan, brothers with totally different lives, end up in a seriously odd family mess. Unni, the suit-and-tie type, is all set to marry Meera and, not so secretly, is being groomed to take over her dad’s massive business empire. Meanwhile, Ramakrishnan, the doctor, is stuck in a pretty joyless marriage with Nirmala. She’s neurotic, he’s exhausted, and there are no kids in the picture—which, let’s be honest, kind of adds to the tension. Just when everyone thought they had life figured out, their mom, Devakiamma, drops a bomb: she’s pregnant. At her age. Total chaos, right? Suddenly, Mohanlal (yeah, the Mohanlal) steps in and ends up acting as a sort of stand-in parent for the new baby. And let’s just say, he doesn’t do things halfway—he takes this role way too seriously, which leads to a bunch of hilarious and surprisingly touching moments. The whole situation turns the family upside down, mixing drama with a hefty dose of humor and just enough chaos to keep things interesting.
