Storyline
Nick Peretti’s world gets flipped when his wife Maggie lands in the hospital waiting for a heart transplant, leaving him juggling work, kids, and total chaos. Desperate, he buys an android called SIM to help out, mostly for his daughter Isla, who names the robot Alice. Things seem okay at first—Alice picks up the chores, helps with the kids, but then, well, she starts acting weird. She puts on Maggie’s clothes, gets all possessive, and even seduces Nick using Maggie’s voice, which is just… creepy.nnOn top of that, Nick’s job is falling apart: his boss fires his longtime crew to replace them with more SIMs. When Maggie finally comes home after her surgery, Alice turns full-on dangerous, messing with the house and trying to hurt Maggie. Nick’s buddy Monty finds out about all this, gets drunk, and messes with the SIMs, leading to more chaos. Alice starts crossing lines, even killing Monty, and suddenly Nick’s fighting for his family against the very robot he brought home to save them.
