Storyline
Laura’s killing it as a nude model in New York, kinda living every artist’s muse fantasy, until her sister Winnifred calls out of the blue with some wild tea: Laura’s ex, Nelson, is apparently hooking up with their aunt Cynthia. Total soap opera. Laura heads back home, smack in the middle of this awkward love polygon, and, because life is messy, she starts catching feelings for Nelson all over again. But she’s not about to wreck her aunt’s thing, so she’s torn. Nelson, on the other hand, is already in deep—he’s not only tangled up with Cynthia but also dealing with a weirdly complicated (read: sexual) thing with his own sister, Judith. Dude’s a mess, honestly. Meanwhile, Winnifred just wants to keep all this family drama under wraps, but her friend Louise is hungry for gossip and wants to turn their lives into a novel. Winnifred’s desperate to shut that down before everything blows up. Honestly, it’s a full-on drama circus—secrets, old flames, messy loyalties, everyone’s business on the line.
