Storyline
St. Vincent College has this infamous tree, the Virgin tree, smack in the middle of campus. Lovers flock to it on Valentine’s Day, hoping for some mushy luck, but the thing’s got a wild reputation. Rumor is, there’s a witch living in it—apparently, she’s snatched up more than a few unlucky guys over the years. Shantanu, one of the students, gets dumped on Valentine’s, gets wasted, and stumbles over to the tree. That’s when he sees some freaky visions of the witch and nearly ends it all, but his friends drag him back. Shantanu and Ananya both like each other, but neither says a word—classic. During a festival, another student tries to off themselves, so the college calls in Dr. Krishna “Baba” Tripathy, this demon-fighting guru with a science twist. Shantanu starts falling for Mohabbat, this mysterious beauty, but plot twist: she’s actually the witch. She keeps coming for Shantanu and Ananya, but Baba steps in, saving their skins, and digs into her past to figure out what really makes her tick.
