Storyline
Air’s poison, people are choking behind masks, and life’s basically a runway for disaster. Then there’s this model—yeah, the kind who can’t even breathe the air without risking her life. She’s got issues, sure, but who doesn’t in a world where even the sky wants to kill you? Anyway, she’s at this party, bored out of her mind, and someone offers her this sketchy drug. Of course she takes it (because being careful is so last century), but things go sideways fast. Next thing you know, she’s mutating. Not like cute X-Men, either—think freaky, unpredictable changes that make you wanna crawl out of your own skin. Naturally, she freaks out, tries everything to reverse it, but—plot twist—the same mutations that make her a pariah might actually be humanity’s golden ticket. Turns out her messed-up genes could help people survive the toxic world, but only if she can accept what she’s become. So, it’s part survival, part body horror, all wrapped up in a desperate search for hope where nobody expects it.
