Storyline
A military transport full of sketchy, experimental chemicals crashes in the woods, and—surprise, surprise—things go sideways fast. Suddenly, a patient who should be dead pops up in the operating room, and all across the country, people are stumbling across bodies that look like they’ve been through a blender. Turns out there’s a nasty new plague on the loose, something folks are calling the “Extreme Pestilence,” and it’s a real nightmare. Two doctors get wind of the mess and decide to dive into the chaos, even though it’s basically a lost cause. The kicker? The dead aren’t staying dead. They’re up, they’re hungry, and they’re not exactly looking for a chat. The only way to finish them off is by smashing or chopping up their brains—otherwise, you’re just adding to the pile of walking corpses. It’s pure mayhem: science gone wrong, zombies everywhere, and a couple of desperate medics trying to stop the end of the world with nothing but scalpels and sheer stubbornness.
