Askume Sep 21 – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Saturday that an end to the two-and-a-half-year war with Russia depends on the “determination” of Kiev’s Western allies to provide and allow the use of weapons.
In an overnight video address, Zelensky said a meeting they would have in the United States next week could be “pivotal” in deterring Russian aggression against his country and ending the war.
He said, “The answer to the question ‘When will the war end?’ is at the table of our partners, at the table of the president of the United States.”
