Sept. 14—Free agent guard Landry Shamet has agreed to a one-year deal with the New York Knicks, his agent told ESPN on Saturday.

According to Shamet, the network did not disclose financial terms following negotiations with GSL Sports Group.

Shamet, 27, played 46 games (five starts) for the Washington Wizards last season, averaging 7.1 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game.

He played 348 games (97 starts) for the Philadelphia 76ers, Los Angeles Clippers, Brooklyn Nets, Phoenix Suns and Wizards in his career, contributing 8.7 points and shooting 38.4% from three-point range.
