Nov 13 (Askume) – International airlines have suspended hundreds of flights to Tel Aviv as well as to Lebanon and Jordan in response to Israel’s war with Hamas .

    Here is a list of airlines that have temporarily suspended flights:

    Africa

    Royal Air Maroc has cancelled flights to and from Tel Aviv until February 1 .

    North America

    American Airlines (AAL.O) has suspended all flights to and from Tel Aviv until Dec. 4 .

    Delta Air Lines (DAL.N) has cancelled flights between Tel Aviv and New York until Nov. 21.

    United Airlines (UAL.O) said on Monday that flights to Tel Aviv would remain suspended until the situation allows them to resume.

    Air Canada (AC.TO) suspended flights to and from Tel Aviv until further notice and said it would resume the route “when the situation stabilises”.

    Asia

    Hainan Airlines (600221.SS), the only Chinese airline flying between China and Israel, has canceled flights from Beijing and Shanghai to Tel Aviv from October 12 to 31. Apart from this, there are no other updates on its website.

    Cathay Pacific (0293.HK) has cancelled flights to and from Hong Kong and Tel Aviv until Dec. 31 .

    Korean Air (003490.KS) cancelled its scheduled flights between Incheon and Tel Aviv on October 9 and said it expected future flights to be irregular. There were no further updates on its website.

    Air Astana (IPO-AIRA.L) cancelled its flight from Almaty to Tel Aviv on October 8. The company later said it could cancel more flights if the situation worsened. There were no further updates on its website.

    Azerbaijan AirlinesThe return flight from Baku to Tel Aviv on October 10 was cancelled. No further information is available on its website.

    Europe

    Lufthansa AG (LHAG.DE) and its subsidiaries Swiss, Austrian Airlines and Brussels Airlines have suspended flights to Tel Aviv until Dec. 14. It has also canceled flights to Lebanon until Dec. 14.

    Air France-KLM (AIRF.PA) suspended flights to Tel Aviv “until further notice” and cancelled flights until Nov. 30. Its French TransAviation subsidiaryFlights before December 21 have been cancelled.

    Ryanair (RYA.I), Europe’s largest airline by passengers carried,Flights to and from Tel Aviv are cancelled until January 8 .

    Hungary’s Wizz Air (WIZZ.L) has cancelled flights to and from Tel Aviv until further notice .

    EasyJet (EZJ.L)Flights to Tel Aviv are suspended until 30 November .

    British Airways is owned by IAGFlights to Tel Aviv are suspended until 21 November.

    Virgin AtlanticFlights to and from Tel Aviv are suspended until November 29.

    Norwegian Air (NAS.OL) has cancelled flights from Copenhagen and Stockholm to Tel Aviv until Dec. 19 .

    Finnair (FIA1S.HE) suspends flights to Tel Aviv until March 30, 2024 .

    Icelandair (ICEAIR.IC) has canceled its remaining flights to Tel Aviv in October . There were no further updates on its website.

    IAG-owned Vueling has cancelled all flights to and from Tel Aviv until December 10 and all flights to and from Beirut until December 9. Due to potential changes, flights are temporarily suspended until November 30. Iberia has suspended flights to Israel for the foreseeable future.

    Another Spanish airline, Air Europa, cancelled some scheduled flights to Israel in October and November.

    TAP Air Portugal suspended flights to and from Tel Aviv but gave no timetable.

    Italy’s ITA cancels flights to and from Tel Aviv until 7 January .

    Greek airline Aegean Airlines (AGNr.AT) has cancelled all flights from Tel Aviv until Nov. 30 and from Beirut until Nov. 27 .

    Cyprus Airways from October 12Larnaca-Tel Aviv route suspended.

    Air Malta has cancelled some return flights until November 18 and said it would make operational adjustments as necessary.

    Bulgarian AirlinesAll flights to and from Tel Aviv were cancelled , but no timetable was given.

    LOT Polish Airlines said flights from Tel Aviv could be delayed or cancelled.

    Middle East

    Emirates AirlinesAll flights to and from Tel Aviv are suspended until November 30.

    Turkish Airlines (THYAO.IS) and Pegasus Airlines (PGSUS.IS) have suspended flights to Israel until further notice .

    gulf breezeAll flights to Tel Aviv have been cancelled until 19 November.

    Etihad Airways resumed scheduled passenger and cargo services between Abu Dhabi and Tel Aviv on 11 October.
