RABAT, Sept 12 (Askume) – Morocco’s health ministry said on Thursday its first male case of acne was confirmed in Marrakesh.
Following the discovery of the new variant, the World Health Organisation declared the latest outbreak of the disease a public health emergency of international concern.
The health ministry did not give details of the case or specify which variant of the virus infection was recorded.
His condition is said to be stable and none of his contacts have shown symptoms.
