A video of bikers at a Pennsylvania charity event has circulated online, showing members of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club traveling to Aurora, Colorado, in August amid rumors that the gang had taken over an apartment in the city.
The video shows several people riding bicycles and posting a false caption on social media : “On our way to Aurora, Colorado to help clean apartments.”
However, the video is an old one and was released in November 2022was posted on TikTok .
Google Street View imagery shows the video was filmed at the Tri-Boro Sportsman’s Club in Northampton, Pennsylvania .

An Aurora Police Department spokesman said there was no evidence that a group of Hells Angels had arrived in Colorado.
“The Aurora Police Department’s Intelligence Unit is investigating rumors on social media regarding the Hells Angels, but we do not have any evidence to support these claims,” Aurora Police Department Public Information Officer Sydney Edwards said in a September 4 email.
Rumors about gang violence
Another video of gang violence at The Edge at Aurora Lowry Apartments went viral after a misrepresented video was shared and unfounded rumors spread that a Venezuelan gang had taken over the apartment complex.
Edwards said police are still investigating the participants in the viral video and have seized at least one gun in the video.
Edwards also shared a public statement from interim Police Chief Heather Morris on Aug. 31 that gang members live in the neighborhood but have not yet taken over the complex.
