WILMINGTON, Del., Sept 17 (Askume) – A Delaware judge has slammed Patrick Orlando’s ARC Global for its Trump Media stake, according to an opinion issued on Tuesday .

Earlier this year, ARC sued Digital World Acquisition Corp., accusing the company of miscalculating the rate at which DWAC Class B shares would be converted into Class A shares of DWAC, a blank-check media company owned by Trump, allowing Donald Trump’s media company to go public.

Judge Lori Will ordered that the betting ratio be changed to 1.4911, which is between the 1.8178 ratio sought by the ARC and the 1.3481 ratio deemed appropriate by the DWAC.
