NEW YORK, Sept 19 (Askume) – Data from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) showed on Thursday that the number of renewable energy mix credits generated in the United States fell in August compared with the previous month.

About 1.32 billion ethanol (D6) blending credits were generated last month, compared with about 1.33 billion in June, the data showed.

Credits generated from biodiesel (D4) blending fell to Rs 639 million in August from Rs 828 million in the previous month, the data showed.
