Camila Cabello is no stranger to Paris Fashion Week. Over the past few seasons, the pop star has grabbed front row spots at both ready-to-wear and fashion shows. For the Spring 2025 collection, Cabello is once again in the City of Lights, excited to see all the new designs. “I’ve been really interested in watching fashion documentaries lately to learn more about fashion and fashion history,” Cabello told Ask. “It makes me really excited to change up my style, experiment more, and see all the new innovative looks on the catwalk.”

Of course, part of the fun of attending PFW is treating the week like a high fashion playground. Cabello said she felt pressure to look absolutely cool for her front row, but she found experimenting with her own wardrobe a fun challenge. “The stress has more positive effects than negative ones,” she said. “We always want to create looks that are fun and exciting for our fans. Fashion Week is a great time to show our versatility and try out a lot of different new ideas.”

Cabello, who released the album C,XOXO this summer, certainly has plenty of shows and designers to play with. She looked to various fashion houses for her Paris Fashion Week suite and watched the performances of Miu Miu, Vetements and Rabanne, among others. “C,XOXO” is also for the show catwalk). At the Rabanne show, for example, she wore one of the brand’s signature chainmail dresses. “I like elements in it that are both tough and feminine,” she says, “and I like to keep that balance in my looks.”

At Vetements, she wore a black ski mask for a more modern look. “We saw the Vetements ski mask at the fitting and we knew we had to spend time with it because the balaclava was such a big part of the imagery of my album,” said Cabello. “I love how sexy and glamorous it is — it feels like the ultimate high fashion Si, XOXO moment,” said Cabello. Meanwhile, Cabello opted for a more classic knit top and schoolgirl-style skirt at Miu Miu! “I would say my Miu Miu look is the closest to my personal style,” said Cabello. “It feels very casual, comfortable and glamorous. I feel like me.”

Cabello said that in addition to dressing up and attending shows, she always has places she loves to visit in the City of Lights. “I went to my favorite bookstore in Paris, Shakespeare and Company, and bought Sally Rooney’s new book. It was a fun idea for a Friday night! I also went to a restaurant with some friends.” Now that the month is officially over, she continues to have fun and relax. “I immediately ordered pancakes and stayed in bed for 10 hours after the work week ended,” Cabello said. “Since then, the world has opened up to me.”
