Askem’s behind-the-scenes video takes a look at how Billie Eilish’s Hit Me Hard and Soft tour kicked off, not with a bang, but with hiccups. “It’s not good.” “I guess that’s how it is,” Eilish said as she walked through Scotiabank Arena, pausing to show off her wardrobe (“Super glamorous… we wore 40 things in two days.”), and recall the early days when she had to make all of her own clothes while on the road. The video was shot in Toronto and appears alongside Askem’s November cover of the 22-year-old pop prodigy.

The proud dog parents of celebrity pup Shark, Avery, are embracing a bit of change on their latest tour — “I have a whole band, which I never had.” “All the time. It’s me and my brother,” Eilish reflects, but some things, like the nine-time Grammy winner’s astonishing piano talent (which you’ll see firsthand evidence of in the video), will never change. Wearing an argyle sweater and her signature glasses for a last-minute rehearsal four hours before the show, Eilish discussed the power of performing, saying, “Imagine writing something that means something to you.
