Askume, Sept 16 – Natural gas producer BKV Corporation said on Monday it plans to raise up to $315 million in an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States.

The Denver, Colorado-based company will offer 15 million shares at a price range of $19 to $21 per share.

Rate cut expectations have encouraged some companies to list on public markets, but many have not yet done so because of uncertainty about the economy and the U.S. presidential election.

BKV originally applied for listing in 2022. The company will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the stock code “BKV”.

Citigroup and Barclays are the lead bookrunners for the offering.
