Sept 24 (Askume) – Private equity firms Vista Equity Partners and Blackstone (BX.N) are partnering with software maker Smartsheet.The companies said on Tuesday they would acquire SMAR.N for $8.4 billion .
Under the transaction, Smartsheet is valued at $56.50 per share.
