Sept. 24 – Cincinnati – Bengals starting right tackle Trent Brown was sidelined with a right knee injury he suffered on the third possession of Monday’s game against the Washington Commanders.

He was replaced by Cincinnati first-round pick Amarius Mims, who had made his NFL debut earlier in the game.

The injury occurred while the Tigers were traveling on Route 20 in Washington. Brown fell to the ground and several offensive line teammates came to pick him up.

Brown was declared out once he reached the locker room.

Brown, 31, was a Pro Bowl selection in 2019 with the Raiders, one of four NFL teams he has played for. He was a starter for the New England Patriots who won the Super Bowl after the 2018 season.
